ABOUT DARREN

I am a self- taught artist who lives in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, BC. I am originally from the UK and emigrated to Canada with my family in 2004, where I have called Cobble Hill home ever since.

I enjoy using Acrylic paint and work very much in a ‘Say What You See’ kind of way by making pictures from place names, sayings and stories and by expressing myself in colourful abstract pictures.
